In 2024, Superior partnered with Operation Gratitude, a nonprofit organization honoring service members, to deliver hand-written letters of support from our employees to military members and first responders.
Each Veteran at Superior receives a personalized challenge coin as a small token of the company’s appreciation for their service. The coin is personally delivered by a member of leadership, accompanied by a special hat and a sincere, individual ‘thank you.’
Our teams across Florida participate in the annual Construction Hike for Hope hosted by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, which helps raise awareness and break the stigma around conversations on suicide prevention, specifically in the construction industry.

Superior’s Fort Walton Beach crews built 40 beds for local kids during the 2024 Sleep in Heavenly Peace Bed Build event. The organization builds and delivers beds to children who don’t have one.
Suncoast Parkway Project members participated in the 2024 LifeSouth Community Blood Drive.
Superior employees help complete necessary repairs at Give Kids the World Village in Kissimmee, Florida working weekends to repair a 130-foot-long section of sidewalk at the resort to ensure accessibility for all guests, including children in wheelchairs. The nonprofit organization provides weeklong, cost-free vacations for children with critical illnesses and their families.
Superior employees taught students the intricacies of constructing bridge substructures at the 2024 Central Florida Construction Career Days.
Superior’s Indiana crews construct a bridge mockup for the Indiana/Kentucky/Ohio Regional Council of Carpenters' JATF Merrillville Training Center. The four-foot-tall mockup bridge will help the Central Midwest Carpenters Union train carpentry apprentices allowing them to safely work from the ground or deck, providing real-world experience and enabling them to hone their skills under the guidance of seasoned professionals.
Superior Women in Construction LEAD program graduates attended the 2024 PACE Center for Girls’ Believing in Girls Empowerment Breakfast in Jacksonville, Florida.
Each year, Superior’s Midwest and Southeast business units participate in regional American Heart Association Heart Walks, raising money to fight heart disease.
Our Superior Women in Construction program members visited the University of North Florida’s Women in Construction club to share industry insights and deliver new club shirts.
Every holiday season, our Midwest team members participate in The Salvation Army’s Angel Tree program collecting toys for children in the community.

Superior is proud to support the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office by sponsoring the Award of Excellence. Winners are selected by their peers for actions that go above and beyond the call of duty.
