Who We Are

A fourth-generation family-owned company

Superior Construction is an American family-owned infrastructure contractor dedicated to providing our clients with innovative solutions from industry experts and leaders. First established in 1923 as the J Largura Company, the now fourth-generation family business evolved into Superior Construction by 1938 and has been delivering #SuperiorResults ever since. Throughout its history, the company’s foundation has always been building the infrastructure of America, successfully delivering heavy civil projects across numerous delivery methods, with a specialty in design-build. We provide unique design solutions, forward-thinking technology, and a safe work environment to create the most value for clients, employees and the community. This is Superior Construction!

These words drove company decision making generations ago, and they continue to guide our operations today.

Building Community

We don’t just help improve the infrastructure of our country by building essential construction projects — we also invest in the communities we call home.

As citizens and active neighbors in these communities, this is our responsibility. Each Superior Construction regional office identifies community needs and gets involved at a local level. Through volunteer work, civic commitments and encouraging local hiring, we strive to be community builders rather than just general contractors.
