Jessica Paske, SHRM-CP, CPTD

Jessica joined Superior in 2007 as a project administrator. During her more than fifteen years in operations, she developed her passion for identifying and supporting Superior’s talented future leaders. In 2023, she helped establish the company’s Learning and Development Department. Jessica was also a member of the inaugural Superior Women in Construction class and remains active on the SWiC steering committee. In 2026, Construction Dive named her a Construction Champion in the Up-and-Coming Leaders category.
