Sherice Rivas

Sherice oversees workers’ compensation strategy, return-to-work programming, and enterprise risk for Superior’s more than 1,300 employees. Her most recognized achievement is the return-to-work program she built at Superior, which earned the company the 2024 Theo Award from Risk & Insurance magazine. Since the program’s launch in 2021, total injuries have decreased by approximately 20% and lost time days by nearly 48%. Sherice championed bilingual Spanish-English telemedicine options so employees can receive treatment in their preferred language. She holds a Juris Master and a master’s in legal risk management from Florida State University College of Law, along with a Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist designation and SHRM-CP certification.
