JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (March 05, 2026) — Jessica Paske, SHRM-CP, CPTD, Director of Organizational Development at Superior Construction, has been named a 2026 Construction Dive Construction Champion in the Up-and-Coming Leaders category. Construction Dive, a leading construction industry publication, annually recognizes women advancing the construction industry through innovation, leadership and meaningful impact.

Paske was recognized for her efforts to develop workforce programs that create pathways into construction careers. She helped develop Superior’s NCCER-accredited apprenticeships for heavy equipment operators, pipe layers and bridge carpenters, reducing training time from years to approximately six months. The company has graduated 16 apprentices to date, with additional classes underway across Superior’s operating regions.

She is also leading development of Superior’s VR/AR workforce recruitment program, which will launch in 2026 and bring mobile VR experiences to schools and institutions to help students explore construction careers.

A third-generation Superior employee, Paske joined the company as a Project Administrator and completed her bachelor’s degree through evening classes while working full-time. She advanced through project administration, project controls and accounting before stepping into organizational development.

Paske serves as a co-founding steering committee member of the Superior Women in Construction (SWiC) program, which achieved 100% promotion rates for its inaugural leadership class and has grown to more than 20 active participants. She is President-Elect for the Association for Talent Development (ATD) of Northeast Florida and received the Patriot Award from the U.S. Office of the Secretary of Defense for her support of colleagues serving in the National Guard and Reserve.

The announcement comes during Women in Construction Week, an annual celebration recognizing women’s contributions to the construction industry.
