Calli Miller, SHRM-SCP

Calli joined Superior in 2018 as an HR Generalist and advanced through HR Manager before stepping into her current role as Director of Human Resources in 2024. She oversees all facets of HR operations, encompassing talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations and human resources information systems. Calli holds a Bachelor of Arts from Missouri State University. She earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation in 2019 and her Senior Certified Human Resources Management Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation in 2023.
