Tim Koster

Tim joined Superior in 2018 as a project manager and estimator in the industrial market, and his dedication and proficiency quickly earned him the position of Senior Project Manager. He was promoted to lead the Mid-South Heavy Civil Division in early 2024. As Mid-South Division Manager, Tim develops and pursues large-scale transportation projects across the Indianapolis metro area, helping expand Superior’s regional portfolio of heavy civil transportation and industrial work. He earned a B.A. in business management from Western Michigan University.
