As the fourth-generation owner and operator, Nick’s vision and commitment are at the core of our continued growth and success. Nick grew up with a deep interest in construction and the business and spent every opportunity available working within the company and alongside those who built it. He fostered his love of construction in his hometown in Northwest Indiana before relocating to Florida. As he leads us into the future with the Largura legacy pushing us forward, his strategic growth plan is backed by his commitment to provide opportunities for employees and the communities we build. Nick graduated from the College of Charleston with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management.

With more than 25 years of experience, Scott brings a fresh perspective and industry best practices to Superior. He is a Jacksonville native and he and his wife are proud parents of three children. As a member of the executive leadership team, Scott is instrumental in developing financial strategies. He works closely with division and department leaders to design and implement outcomes that enhance our overall organizational performance. A proud Florida State University alumni, Scott graduated with both an MBA and bachelor’s degree in accounting.

Dan Sopczak, President, Midwest Business Unit

Dan embodies our commitment to team building and partnering. He began his career at Superior Construction as a field engineer in 1995, and his leadership and vision, balanced with a commitment to secure our core family values, has built lasting relationships and increased market share for the company. Dan graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. He is actively involved in multiple organizations and is currently serving as president for the Construction Advancement Foundation.

Kevin McGlinchey, President, Southeast Business Unit

Kevin McGlinchey

President, Southeast Business Unit

Kevin brings three decades of heavy civil construction experience to his role as president of the Southeast Business Unit. He has helped lead numerous award-winning projects in his career, including dozens of transportation-related contracts totaling more than $5 billion in Florida alone. Kevin oversees Superior’s operations and business development for projects across the Southeast, from Tennessee to Florida to the Carolinas. He earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from California Polytechnic State University – San Luis Obispo and maintains a certified general contractor license in Florida.
